摘　　要：论述了从谷糠(含粟糠和稻糠)所含的谷糠油中提取谷维素、糠蜡、甾醇,从脱脂糠中提取蛋白质、活性肽、干酪素、γ-氨基丁酸、肌醇,其余部分还可提取多糖、纤维、菲汀、植酸等多种成分及其保健作用,以及部分成分的提取方法。This paper discusses the wrap （including millet and rice chaff） contain oil extraction, oryzanol, chaff wax, sterol, extraction of protein from defatted millet bran, active peptides, caseinl, r-Amino butyrate, nositoL There can be extracted polysaccharide, fiber, phytin, phytic acid and so on many kinds of components and their health care function, part of the composition of the extraction methods.
