壮龄剂对人胚肺二倍体细胞的抗老化实验研究

摘　　要：本研究用体外培养人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞作为壮龄剂抗老化研究的细胞模型,从35代开始,于培养液中加入壮龄剂者为实验组,不加药为对照组。现察了壮龄剂对二倍体细胞的形态结构、生长速度和增殖的影响。结果是实验组细胞的传代寿命为68代,对照组为51代,实验组比对照组多传17代,能延长细胞寿命33.3％代。实验组细胞的生长状态,速度和酸性磷酸酶活性变化均比同代对照组细胞好。这些结果证明了壮龄剂有促进细胞生长增殖和抗老化作用。Having been subcultured in vitro for 35 passages, fibroblasts from human embryonic lung were devided into two groups: the control and the experimental. Zhuang Ling Agent Was added to the cultural medium for the experimental group. It was observed that the Morphology, growth and proliferatioa of fibroblasts in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, The resulte showed that calls in the experimental group were subsulturad for 68 population doublings, and those in the control group for 51 doubling; only, i.e., a difference of 17 doublings; or in other words, the prolonged lifespan of cells in the experimental group was 33.3% longer than that in the control group.
