摘　　要：目的探讨多层CT在肠套叠诊断的应用价值。方法回顾性分析16例肠套叠患者的CT表现。结果 16例肠套叠中,小肠套叠6例,结肠套叠7例,回盲部套叠3例,本组13例可见"靶征",9例同时可见"彗星尾征",3例可见"双肠管征",6例肠壁增厚,4例不全梗阻,4例可见腹水。结论 CT在诊断肠套叠方面具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To study the value of muti-slice Spiral CT in the diagnosis of intussusception.Methods The CT appearances of intussusception in 16 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 6 cases of small bowel intussusceptions,7 cases of ileocolonic intussusception and 3 cases of ileocecum intussusception.In all appearances,the main sign of＂target signs＂ in 13 cases were found,the signs of＂comet tail signs＂ in 9 cases were found and the sign of ＂double intestines signs＂ in 3 caseswere found.Incomplete intestinal obstruction 4 cases,thickness of the bowel wall 6 cases,abdominal ascites 4 cases.Conclusions Muti-slice CT scanning has high value for diagnosing adult intussusception.
