疏肝化瘀颗粒联合α-1b干扰素治疗成人流行性腮腺炎46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝化瘀颗粒联合α-1b干扰素治疗成人流行性腮腺炎的疗效。方法 87例成人流行性腮腺炎2009至2011年住院患者,随机选取46例应用疏肝化瘀颗粒及α-1b干扰素作为联合治疗组,另外患者41例未用疏肝化瘀颗粒为对照组。观察患者血、尿淀粉酶结果及腮腺、睾丸肿胀情况,发热症状缓解时间。结果和对照组相比较,联合治疗组虽然在缓解发热症状方面没有明显差异(P>0.05),但是在降低血、尿淀粉酶及缓解腮腺肿胀、睾丸炎方面,联合治疗组有着显著差异(P<0.001)。结论疏肝化瘀颗粒联合α-1b干扰素治疗成人流行性腮腺炎的有较好疗效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of sugan huayu Granule and Interferon α-1b combination therapy in adult mumps patients.Methods A total of 87 adult mumps patients were enrolled in the study from 2009 to 2011 in Jining city hospital for infectious diseases of Shandong province.They were randomly divided into two groups ： 46 cases of adult mumps patients were treated with sugan huayu Granule and Interferon α-1b as the treatment group,41 cases of adult mumps patients were treated without sugan huayu Granule as the control group.The changes of the hemodiastase,urine amylase,swelling of parotid gland and testis,fever time of symptoms,were observed.Results After treatment the fever time of symptoms of the combination therapy group,there were no significant differences compared with the control group（P0.05）.But,all of the hemodiastase,urine amylase,swelling of parotid gland and testis,were significant differences compared with the control group（P0.001）.Conclusion Sugan huayu Granule combined with interferon α-1b treatment showed better therapeutic efficacy on adult mumps patients.
