摘　　要：目的了解参加工作3a以下护士（以下称低年资护士）的职业态度，为培养其仁爱品质行为提供参考。方法对104例低年资护士进行问卷调查．并对其中12例护士进行访谈。结果低年资护士的职业态度不乐观，主要表现在对护理工作喜爱倾向、职业规划、前景及终身从事护理工作几个方面．结论培养低年资护士的仁爱品质行为，树立积极乐观的人生态度，正确指导其职业规划，以提高其工作热情并主动乐于从事护理工作。Objective to understand the work in three years the nurse （hereinafter referred to as the low qualifieation nurses） professional attitude, to foster the love quality behavior to provide reference. Methods 104 low qualification nurses＂ questionnaire investigation, and the 12 nurses interview. Results low qualification nurses＂ professional attitude is not optimistic, and the main performance of nursing work in love tendency, career planning, prospects and life nursing work in several aspects. Conclusion training low qualification nurses＂ love quality behavior, set up the positive and optimistic attitude towards life, the con＇ect guidance of the career planning, in order to improve their working enthusiasm and initiative to engaged in nursing work
