企业家结构洞优化——一个利益均衡与再生产的视角

摘　　要：企业家作为企业网络中一个重要节点,在企业的网络化成长中充当了顶层设计的角色,研究企业家这个最重要的结构洞对于认清企业家角色的转变以及企业内外部嵌入网络的现状有重要意义。本文从讨论企业家结构洞的优化动因着手,从利益均衡与再生产两方面进行研究。前者通过"分而治之","二手中介者"、"规模与多样性平衡"三种方式,后者通过"补洞说"、"架桥说"、"资源供给说"、"弱联系说"四种方式构造优化企业家结构洞的方法以及优化前后结构洞的变化分析,将企业家个人网络同企业网络成长进行有效结合。As an important node in enterprise network,entrepreneur plays a role of top-level design in firm’s network growth.The study of entrepreneur,the most important structure-hole,can help us understand the evolution of entrepreneur’s role and the embedment of firms in network growth.On the basis of analyzing entrepreneurs’ motivation for optimization of structure-hole,this paper first discusses three approaches of interest balance for structure-hole optimization,namely,redundant relations division and control,second-hands intermediaries cultivation and balance between scale and diversity,and then explores four possible means of relation reproduction: to repair defection of structure-hole,set up the bridge for disconnected structure-hole,fill the role of resources supplier and activate the vitality of weak ties.Through the comparison of structure-hole adjustment,the research finds that the optimization of entrepreneurs’ structure-hole is one of the effective ways for combining firm’s network growth and entrepreneur’s network for a long period.
