摘　　要：分析了广州地铁4号线、5号线地铁车辆电机支撑梁橡胶垫在使用中出现的永久变形过大、橡胶破坏现象的原因,针对性地对上、下橡胶垫结构和橡胶自由面进行了优化,选用了蠕变性能更好的异戊橡胶。通过试验验证表明,新产品能够满足要求的静态轴向刚度,且在永久变形和疲劳性能方面均远优于老产品。The reasons of high permanent set and rubber cracks of the motor support beam used for Guangzhou met- ro Line 4 and Line 5 mounting plate are analyzed, while the new product has improved the rubber free surface of upper and lower plate, adopted the isoprene rubber with better creep performance. According to the test results, this new product can meet the axial stiffness requirements and has better performance against the permanent set and fatigue life.
