摘　　要：针对医学院教师制作多媒体课件时大部分时间花费在素材获取上的现状,提出建设校本共享型多媒体素材库的应对策略。分别从素材库建设契机,建库理念,遵循规范,素材获取等几方面进行探讨,最后指出多媒体素材库建设是一项长期复杂的工程,不能一蹴而就。Up to now, teachers in medical colleges have to spend much time in getting materials when making multimedia courseware. According to the status quo and as a countermeasure, the paper proposes to build school-based sharing multimedia teaching material database. In view of this, it discusses on the opportunity, the ideas and the norms of the database-building as well as how to get materials respectively. At last, it points out that building a multimedia material database is a long and complex project and it can not be accomplished in one step.
