摘  要:用工业乙醇提取革叶兔耳草全草粉末,减压浓缩得到乙醇浸膏,用蒸馏水溶解后,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,浓缩分别得到石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇的粗提物;采用DPPH法研究4种不同溶剂粗提物的抗氧化活性.试验结果表明:革叶兔耳草4种不同溶剂的粗提物均有一定的抗氧化活性,且抗氧化活性与粗提物的质量浓度呈一定的量效关系.尤其是乙醇粗提物具有较强的抗氧化活性,可作为一种新的自由基清除剂和天然抗氧化剂.The powders of Lagotis alutacea were extracted with industrial ethanol, and ethanol condensate was obtained and then evaporated to dryness under the vacuum conduction in a rotary evaporator. The dry condensate was dissolved in distilled water, then some water pending liquid was obtained and extracted with a volume of solvents of increasing polarity such as petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n - butanol, and evaporated to dryness under the vacuum condition in a rotary evaporator. The antioxidation activities of dried residues were analyzed and evaluated by the method of DPPH. The results indicated that four kinds of solvent extracts of Lagotis alutacea had a certain degree of antioxidant capacity in four determination systems and that the quality concentration of extracts was higher and the the effect better. The ethanol crude extraction can be used as a novel free radical scavenging scavenger and natural antioxidant owing to its strong antioxidant activity.
