急诊经皮经肝曲张静脉栓塞术治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮经肝曲张静脉栓塞术(PTVE)治疗肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张出血近期疗效。方法对15例食管静脉曲张破裂正在出血患者行以TH胶为主要材料的PTVE治疗,治疗后观察再出血率、死亡率、食管胃底静脉曲张程度改变。结果①15例患者行急诊PTVE术后随诊1～24个月。随诊期间,2例在术后6个月复发出血,经内科保守治疗后病情稳定。随访期内,15例接受PTVE治疗的患者未出现肝性脑病、和死亡病例。②PTVE治疗后食管胃底的静脉程度明显减轻。结论急诊经皮经肝曲张静脉栓塞治疗肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂正在出血的患者,近期效果肯定,方法安全。【Objective】 To observe the recent curative effect on gastroesophageal varices bleeding in cirrhosis by percutaneous transhepatic embolization of varices（PTVE）.【Methods】 15 patients with gastroesophageal varices bleeding were investigated by PTVE therapy,its main materials were TH glue.To observe rehaemorrhagia rate and death rate and the degree of esophageal and gastric fundic varicose veins after treatment.【Results】 ①The follow-up period lasted from 1 month to 24 months,2 patients were rehaemorrhagia 6 month after operation,patient＇s condition was stable by medicine expectant treatment.All patients didn＇t experience hepatic encephalopathy and death.②The degree of esophageal and gastric fundic varicose veins were relieved obviously after PTVE therapy.【Conclusion】 The recent curative effect of emergency PTVE is very good and safe on patients with gastroesophageal varices bleeding in cirrhosis.
