摘 要:国内的运行经验和研究表明,强降雨条件下输电线路绝缘性能会有一定程度的降低,而实际工程在对外绝缘进行设计时很少考虑降雨的影响;同时,在目前的IEC标准中,对降雨条件下空气间隙放电电压的校正也没有做出相关规定。为此,选择0.2~0.6m的棒-板空气间隙,在人工气候室和雪峰山自然试验站分别进行了模拟和自然条件下的淋雨交流放电试验,分析了淋雨强度对棒-板间隙交流放电电压的影响,提出了淋雨条件下棒-板空气间隙交流放电电压的校正公式并进行了验证。结果表明:棒-板空气间隙交流击穿电压将随淋雨强度的增加而降低,最大降低幅度为10.32%;根据试验数据提出的校正方法不仅适用于0.2~0.6m的间隙,而且还适用于0.7m的空气间隙。According to the operation experience and investigation in China,the insulation performance of transmission line will be decreased due to the strong rain effect,which has not been concerned in the external insulation design.Meanwhile,there is no correction method concerning the discharge voltage of air gap under rain conditions in the IEC standards.Therefore,a series of experimental tests in the artificial climate chamber and Xuefeng Mountain Natural Site were conducted with the use of rod-plane air gap to analyze the relationship between the AC discharge voltage and the rain intensity.According to the test results,the correction formula of AC discharge voltage of rod-plane air gap under rain condition is proposed and verified by experimental results.It is shown that: with the increase of rain intensity,the discharge voltage of air gap will decrease and the maximum decreased percentage is 10.32%;the corrected method is applied not only to the distance of 0.2~0.6 meters but also to the distance of 0.7 meter.
