摘  要:无位置传感器直流无刷电机三段式起动的难点在于同样的起动参数难以适应不同起动转矩负载。为了提高对不同负载的起动成功率及平稳性,设计了采用反电动势积分法的无传感器直流无刷电机试探性起动方法。证明了反电动势积分换相法的积分阈值在不同工况下为定值,指出了反电动势积分法应用在起动阶段的独特优势。分析了转子磁动势与定子磁动势成不同角度时电机起动阶段非导通相的反电动势波形特征。作为判断转子磁动势指向区间的依据。设计了采用该方法的无传感器直流无刷电机控制器。实验结果证明该方法保证了起动成功率,提高了起动平稳性,起动阶段的转矩、电流响应快速而平稳。The major problem in starting a sensorless BLDCM with the 3-stage strategy is to satisfy a wide range of torque load with one set of parameter.In oder to raise the success rate and smoothness under different load,a tentative strategy of starting sensorless BLDCM with the method of integrating the back EMF is designed.It is proved in this paper that a fixed gate value of integration is universally proper in all speed range.The unique advantage of the method of back EMF integration method is especially pointed out.The characteristic of back EMF under different rotor speed and rotor to stator angle was analysed to help to figure out the sector that the rotor magnetic motive force was pointing at a controller with the strategy proposed is designed.The result of experiments shows that the success rate and the smoothness are improved with the torque response quicker and more stable.
