摘　　要：湿地生态系统是地球生态坏境的重要组成部分,具有很多功能和极高的生态系统服务价值。湿地生态系统是社会赖以生存、发展的一般物质条件,具有基础性、不可贸易性、整体不可分性、准公共物品性等属性。湿地生态系统在提供水资源、调节气候、提供珍稀野生动物栖息地、净化水质、调蓄洪水、防风护岸等方面具有不可替代的作用。因此,湿地生态系统被视为保障人类发展的天然基础设施。Wetland ecosystem known as the ＂kidney of the earth＂ is an important part of the earth＇s ecological environment,with high ecosystem services and economic values.Wetland ecosystem is the general material conditions for the survival and development of the community,with the properties of basic,non-trade,indivisibility and quasi-public goods.Wetland ecosystem has an irreplaceable role in flood control,wind revetment,purify water,providing water,regulating climate,providing animal and plant products.Therefore,wetland ecosystem is regarded as natural infrastructures to safeguard human development for disaster prevention,water purification,water supply and life protection.
