摘　　要：随着学校的发展需求,聘任教师的增多,建立教师资源库对学校更好地开展教学尤为重要。所以教师信息管理系统应该能够为学校提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。该系统通过对教师信息的详细分析,从现实中抽象出逻辑模型,在对逻辑模型进行进一步的功能划分,得出整个系统的功能结构并建立了相应的数据模型。The establishment of teachers ＂ resource pool is particularly important to better carry out school teaching with the de- velopment needs of the school and the increase of appointed teachers. So Teacher Information Management System for the school is able to provide sufficient information and rapicl and efficient query means. The system draws the functional structure of the entire system and establishes corresponding data model through a detailed analysis of the teachers information and the abstract of the logical model from reality and further functional partitioning of the logic model.
