谈基于高职院校技能大赛的学生自我发展平台建设与实践

摘　　要：高职院校技能大赛活动已经成为我国职业教育工作的一项重大制度设计与创新,是我国培养和选拔具备综合素质、创新思维、实践能力的技能型人才的重要途径,并引领职业院校相关专业的建设与发展、教学改革和技术创新。以技能大赛为切入点,开发建设学生自我发展的平台可以有效提高学生的职业素养和综合技术应用能力,最终提高就业竞争力,为企业的发展提供有力的技术支持。Skills competition in vocational colleges has become a major design and innovation in Chinas vocational education system. It is an important way of cultivating and selecting skilled personnel with comprehensive quality, innovative thinking and practical ability, which can lead the construction and development, teaching reform and technological innovation in related professions of the colleges. The paper starts with the skills competition and makes the statement that the development and construc- tion of students＂ self- development platform can effectively improve the professionalism and the compre- hensive ability to apply technology, and ultimately enhance their competitiveness in the job market, and provide strong technical support for the development of enterprises.
