摘　　要：认为将用户时间成本纳入数字图书馆管理中并加以研究,已成为提高数字图书馆管理水平的重要趋势,通过对数字图书馆服务中影响用户时间成本的若干因素进行分析,从资源开发、馆员培养与用户教育以及新技术应用三个方面提出控制用户时间成本的工作思路和举措。It has become an important trend to study the library management from the perspective of users＇ time cost, to improve the level of library management. By analyzing the factors influencing users＇ time cost when they use the digital library services, this paper gives some suggestions about how to control the users＇ time cost from three aspects of resource development, user education and application of new technologies.
