苏北地区妊娠期妇女对保健食品认知的现况研究

摘  要:目的:研究苏北地区妊娠期妇女对保健食品的认知现况,为孕妇健康教育提供基本资料。方法:在苏北三市随机抽取产科门诊定期产检的妊娠期妇女299例,采用自行设计的调查问卷对其进行保健食品认知调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果:60.9%的孕妇知道富含维生素和矿物质的保健食品适合孕妇;关于维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、叶酸对妊娠影响的知晓率分别为53.2%、52.5%、57.9%和72.9%。文化程度高和城市的妊娠期孕妇对维生素的作用认知率高。结论:针对教育程度低、农村的孕妇应进行多种形式与内容的保健食品知识宣传。Objective:To research the current situation of cognition of pregnant women to health food in northern Suzhou,and provide basic data for health education in pregnant women.Methods:A total of 299 pregnant women who received regular physical examination in obstetrical outpatient were selected from three cities of northern Suzhou,then a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition of pregnant women to health food,the results were analyzed statistically.Results:Among 299 pregnant women,60.9% of them knew that the health food containing vitamins and mineral substance was suitable for pregnant women;the awareness rates of the effects of vitamin A,B,C,and folic acid on pregnancy were 53.2%,52.5%,57.9%,and 72.9%,respectively.The cognitive rates of pregnant women with high educational level and rural pregnant women to function of vitamins were high.Conclusion:Various modes and content types of health food knowledge publicity should be conducted targeting pregnant women with high educational level and rural pregnant women.
