摘 要:为实现四冲程自由活塞发电机的连续稳定运行,提出并研究了基于直线发电机工作状态切换和冲程终点预测的自由活塞往复运动控制方法。在混杂系统范畴内,完成了运动控制系统仿真模型的建立,结合自由活塞发电机仿真模型和循环燃烧波动仿真模型,对控制过程进行了仿真研究。基于高性能数字信号处理器建立了四冲程自由活塞发电机的电控系统,对所设计的运动控制方法进行了实验验证,分析了失火对活塞往复运动的影响。研究结果表明:该运动控制方法稳定可靠、算法简单,满足了四冲程自由活塞发电机对活塞运动控制的要求。A motion controller was designed to achieve stable running of a four-stroke free-piston linear generator. Simulation model of the free-piston motion controller was built based on the control theory of hybrid system. Motion control process was analyzed by using the proposed model and the model of a free-piston linear generator. Effects of circulation burning fluctuations and misfires were discussed. Based on the results of the simulation, an electronic control system was designed by using a high-performance digital signal processor. Testing results of the electronic control system were analyzed in detail. According to the simulated and tested results, the designed motion controller has the advantages of simplicity and reliability. It satisfies the requirement of four-stroke free-piston linear generator for piston motion control.
