摘 要:微小RNA(miRNA)是由长为18~25个核苷酸组成的内源性非编码单链小RNA,通过与特定的靶mRNA结合来抑制mRNA翻译过程而调节基因的表达,与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移密切相关。miR-203是一类来源于上皮基底细胞且特异性高表达于上皮细胞的非编码小RNA,由于其与恶性肿瘤的高度相关性及表达矛盾性,近年来已经成为miRNA领域的研究热点。现就miRNA-203在不同恶性肿瘤中表达及其甲基化、靶基因等热点研究进展予以综述。MicroRNAs are 18-25nt endogenous non-coding single-stranded small RNA molecules. They regulate the expression of genes by inhibiting the translating process of target mRNA through combining the specific target mRNA. MicroRNAs are closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. MiR-203 is a non-coding microRNA that comes from epidermis inner basal layer cells- with specific high expression in it. On account of the high correlation and conflicting expression between miR- 203 and malignant tumor,miR-203 has been a hot spot in the research of microRNAs recently. Here is to make a review on the research progress( expression, methylation and target gene)of miR-203 in different ma- lignant tumors.
