摘  要:胶质瘤发病率占颅内肿瘤的第一位,临床上通常采用手术、放疗和化疗等综合治疗手段,但其疗效及预后较差,因而基因治疗或靶向性药物治疗成为学者研究的重点,用于胶质瘤治疗的基因或药物载体被大量发现和研究。目前,所使用的载体大致分为病毒性载体和非病毒性载体两大类。病毒性载体是最早被应用,也是应用最多的基因载体,然而大部分的病毒性载体在使用上存在很大的局限性,这使得纳米载体和干细胞等非病毒性载体研究的重要性日益显现。Glioma has the highest incidence among intracranial tumors,which is usually treated by oper- ation ,radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other treatments clinically, but its curative effect and prognosis are poor. Therefore the gene therapy and targeted drug therapy become the focus of research. Many gene or drug delivery systems used in glioma treatment are discovered and studied. Currently, vectors in use could be clas- sified to viral and non-viral vector. The viral vectors are the earliest and most used, but most of them have some clinical defects or limitations, which makes the study on non-viral vectors such as nanocarrier and stem cell become more and more important.
