摘 要:钠尿肽受体A(NPRA)是钠尿肽受体家族中的一员,主要通过与心房钠尿肽和脑钠素结合来发挥其病理生理作用。NPRA在心血管系统中研究较多,明确的作用有舒张血管,抑制心肌纤维化,维持心血管稳定等。随着对NPRA研究的深入,发现NPRA亦参与机体的免疫和炎性反应,而且在多种恶性肿瘤细胞或组织中高表达,这可能与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切,有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。现就NPRA的结构、功能及其与肿瘤的相关性方面予以综述。As one of the family of natriuretic peptide receptors, natriuretic peptide receptor A (NPRA) , plays an important physiological and pathology role in tumors by combining with ANP and BNP. The earliest study showed NPRA have variety of functions such as relaxing blood vessels, restraining the myocardial fibro- sis, and maintaining cardiovascular stability in cardiovascular system. Nevertheless, in the last few years, more and more evidence demonstrated that NPRA also implicated in the body's immunoreaetion and inflammatory response. Moreover,there are some reports showing that NPRA is significantly over-expressed in many malig- nancy cells or tissue,in which may be closely related to tumorigenesis and progression, and might be a new target for cancer therapy. Here is to make a review on the structure, functions of NPRA and the correlation be- tween NPRA and tumors.
