摘　　要：围绝经期抑郁症是影响中老女性身心健康和生活质量的常见疾病,其发病机制尚不明确,目前认为其发生、发展是多种因素综合作用的结果,其中雌激素缺乏起着重要作用。雌激素替代治疗对围绝经期抑郁症有良好的治疗效果,同时也存在一定的不良反应。现就近年来雌激素替代治疗围绝经期抑郁症的作用机制、疗效评价及存在的问题等方面的研究进展予以综述。Menopausal depression is a common disease which influences the physical and mental health of quinquagenarian women. The pathogenesis is not well explained yet. Recently,it＇s widely recognized that the generation and development for this disease is the consequence of combining effects of various factors, whereas estrogen insufficiency is a major one. Estrogen replacement therapy is an effective method in menopa- usal depression, however it has some adverse effects as well. Here is to make a review on the mechanism of ac- tion, the therapeutic evaluation and the problems of estrogen replacement therapy for menopausal depression.
