多枚食管支架在晚期食管癌患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多枚食管支架在晚期食管癌患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2008年5月至2011年4月在秦皇岛市第二医院治疗的64例晚期食管癌患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法随机分为两组观察组(32例),采用多枚食管内支架治疗;对照组(32例)采用内镜下Savary Gillard扩张器扩张,分析两组患者的吞咽功能改善及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗后吞咽功能的优良率达90.6%,并发症的发生率为15.7%,对照组治疗后吞咽功能的优良率达53.2%,并发症的发生率为37.5%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期食管癌患者采用多枚食管支架治疗,能够有效缓解吞咽困难,减少并发症,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of multiple esophageal stents for the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods From May 2008 to April 2011,64 patients with advanced esoph- ageal carcinoma were selected as objects from Qinghuangdao City Second Hospital. They were divided into observation group and control group with random number table method. Observation group （endoscopic Sa- vary Gillard dilator group, n = 32 ） and control group （ treatment without stent group, n = 32）. Swallowing function improvement and complications of patients were analyzed. Results In treatment group, the excellent rate of swallowing function was 90.6%, the incidence of complications was l 5.7%. In control group, the ex- cellent rate of swallowing function was 53.2% and the incidence of complications was 37.5%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group with statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- dusion According to the conditions of patients,multiple esophageal stents as the treatment of advanced e- sophageal carcinoma can alleviate the patient＇s swallowing difficulty effectively, reduce the complications and improve the quality of life for patients.
