摘 要:在当前义务优质均衡发展的政策推动下,中国学校发展正处于由传统竞争格局向优质均衡格局转变的过渡阶段。为此,有两点需要值得重视:一是价值立场上,所有学校都能够打破"个善"优先的局面,谋求义务教育的"共善",实现"个善"与"共善"的有机共生局面。二是发展策略上,优质学校能够在不确定性中看到确定性,在确定性中把握不确定性,实现"改进完善性变革";薄弱学校能够从依附型的"借力发展"模式,向自主型的"内生力发展"模式转变,最终实现"整体转型性发展"。At the present, our schools are transforming from the competitive frames to the high- quality and balanced frames, promoted by the current balanced policy of compulsory education, which ask for the school' s changing value positions and their development strategies. In the matter of the value positions, all of schools should break the situation of prioritizing the individual' s inter- est, pursue the common interest of compulsory education, and realize the goal of organic symbiosis between the individual interest and the common interest. In the matter of the development strategies, the high qualitative schools should notice some certainties from some uncertainties, dealt with some uncertainties in some certainties, and realize the improved reforms finally. On the other hand, the inferior quality schools should transform from the development mode of depending on others to the development mode of endogenie strengths and realize the whole transformative development.
