摘  要:大功率永磁同步电动机相比普通大功率电机,具有功率密度大、转矩脉动低等优良特性受到了高度重视。但是由于电流大气隙磁链极易发生畸变,因此保持气隙磁链的磁场恒定尤为重要。分析了永磁同步电动机气隙磁链形成的原理,建立了一种沿气隙磁链定向的永磁同步电动机数学模型,该模型实现了气隙磁链和电磁转矩的解耦。针对气隙磁链和电磁转矩分别设计了控制器。数值仿真表明,所设计的控制器在实现电机转速控制的同时,能够保持气隙磁链的恒定,有效地抑制了畸变,具有很好的工程应用前景。Compared to common high-power electric motor, high power permanent magnet synchronous motor has lager power densities, low torque ripple. It is important to keep the air flux constant, for the distortion of current air gap magnetic are easily occurred. The reasons of birth of air-gap flux were analyzed, and a mathematical model of permanent magnet syn- chronous motor was established along the air gap flux. The air-gap flux and electromagnetic torque of mathematics decou- pling were realized. The controller of the air gap flux and electromagnetic torque were designed respectively. Numerical sim- ulation shows that this kind of controller can inhibit the air gap flux saturated effectively, and control the motor speed while keeping the air flux of constant.
