摘 要:研究用于扫描驱动系统的一种永磁有限转角力矩电机的设计方法。以经典磁路计算方法,推导出反电势、电磁转矩、电枢电感等电机参数的计算公式。研究结果表明在电机工作角度范围内反电势为平顶波,并与电机转速成正比,以及平均力矩与电流成正比,并得出电机物理尺寸、材料性质与以上各参数的相关性。用Maxwell2D软件进行有限元建模仿真分析,验证设计计算公式的正确性。该有限转角力矩电机功率密度较高,体积小,可靠性高;并且工作特性接近直流电机,控制方式简单。In order to apply to scan drive system, a permanent magnet(PM) limited angle torque motor and its design method was studied. Through the classic magnet circuit calculation, the motor's parameter formu- las were deduced, which included the back electromotive force( back-EMF), electromagnetic torque and ar- mature inductance. These formulas reveals the electromagnetic torque's proportional correlation with winding current, the back-EMF's flat-topped feature and its proportional correlation with rotation speed. And the formulas also shows the affect of physical dimensions and material properties to the above-mentioned parame- ters. By using the maxwell2D software's finite element model, simulation analysis verified the formulas' va- lidity. The motor with this structure has high power density, high reliability and smaller size. And its operating characteristics are similar to direct eurren (DC) motor which lead to simple control strategy.
