摘 要:分析凹版印刷数字电子雕刻的基本原理,研究雕刻机主轴传动与丝杠传动的关联性控制。根据高速高精度凹版印刷雕刻的要求,设计基于磁场定向控制交流永磁伺服电机控制器和相位跟踪两相步进电机伺服控制器,并实现高精度电子雕刻机控制系统。雕刻的结果表明,伺服电机控制器及控制系统都能稳定而准确的运行,也表明了研究的关联控制参数是正确的、控制的方法是有效的。The radical principle of intaglio printing digital electronic engraving machines was indicated, in- terconnected controls parameters were studied between the roller driver and the lead screw driver. According to the demand of the high-precision engraving machine of intaglio printing, servo motor controllers based on the field orientated control(FOC) strategy was studied, Tracking control servo controllers for stepper motors was researched, and control systems of high-precision engraving machines based on the servo motor control- lers was designed and realized. The graven results show the control systems and the servo motor controllers can run steadily, well and truly, the interconnected controls parameters are correct and the control method'is valid.
