摘  要:为研究酰腙类配合物的抑菌活性,以水杨酸甲酯、水合肼、呋喃甲醛为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,在回流条件下合成了呋喃甲醛水杨酰腙(C12H10N2O3简称HL),再将HL和稀土硝酸盐反应,合成了RE(HL)2(NO3)3(RE=Pr,Eu,Tb,Y)4种稀土配合物。采用容量分析、元素分析、红外、紫外和摩尔电导率对配体及配合物的组成和结构特性进行了表征。选取配体HL及其与稀土Pr(Ⅲ)的配合物对辣椒疫霉菌、棉花枯萎病菌、烟草赤星菌进行了抑菌活性实验。结果表明:HL及Pr(HL)2(NO3)3配合物对棉花枯萎病的抑菌活性不明显(抑制率<70%),配体对辣椒疫霉、烟草赤星菌的抑菌率分别为71.0%和82.5%,而配合物为73.0%和85.9%。配合物的抗菌活性高于配体。In order to study the antibacterial activity of hydrazone complexes, the ligand furan formaldehyde salicyloyl hydrazone (HL) was synthesized from methyl salicylate, hydrazine hydrate and furfural in anhydrous alcohol. Then the four rare earth complexes RE (HL) 2 ( NO3 ) 3 ( RE = Pr, Eu, Tb, Y ) were synthesized by the reaction of HL and rare earth nitrate. The compositions and properties of the ligand and complexes were characterized by IR, UV, volumetric analysis, elemental analysis and molar conductance. The antibacterial activities of HL ligand and rare earth Pr ( Ⅲ ) complexes on Phytophthora capsici Leonian, Fusarium oxysporum, and Ahernaria altemata were also studied. The results show that HL and Pr (HL)2( NO3 ) 3 have no significant inhibition to Fusarium oxysporum (the inhibition rates 〈 70% ). The inhibition rates of HL ligand on Phytophthora capsici Leonian and Alternaria altemata are 71.0% and 82.5% respectively, and Pr (HL)2 (NO3 )3 on Phytophthora capsiei Leonian and alternaria altemata are 73.0% and 85.9% respectively. The complexes have better antibacterial activities than the corresponding ligand.
