摘 要:研制一种固化时间较长的适用于沙土治理的聚氨酯预聚体。以PPG、HTPB与MDI为原料,考察配料比、反应温度、反应时间对产品性能的影响。结果表明:在PPG与HTPB物质的量比为1∶2、NCO与OH物质的量比为3∶7、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为50~60min时,制备的聚氨酯预聚体更适合沙土治理的实际需求。确定了一种新型沙土治理剂的制备工艺。In order to develop a sand control polyurethane prepolymer with longer curing time,PPG,HTPB and MDI were used as raw materials,influences of the ingredient ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time on the product performances were investigated. The following conditions suitable for preparing qualified polyurethane prepolymer were obtained: the molar ratio of PPG and HTPB:1: 2, the molar ratio of NCO and OH:3 : 7, reaction temperature: 80℃ ,reaction time: 50 to 60 rain. The preparation process of a new type sand control agent was thus established.
