明清家具匠师原木下料的工艺原则及措施

摘　　要：在采访传统硬木家具匠师和实际生产考察的基础上,从原木破板、画线下料、依线锯型、据型刨光、打号选材5个方面对明清家具匠师的原木下料技术进行了系统的整理与总结,这对于"明式家具制作技艺"、"京作硬木家具制作技艺"等国家非物质文化遗产的传承及明清硬木家具的现代生产具有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the information obtained from interviewing traditional hardwood furniture makers and the investigation of practical furniture production, techniques and principles of log cuttings of furniture makers in Ming and Qing dynasties were summarized from five aspects：preparation of planks from wood logs, line drawing on the planks, sawing, polishing, and final selection of materials. The purpose of this pa per was to provide references for the inheritance of national intangible cultural heritages, such as ＂ Ming style furniture production technique＂ and ＂hardwood furniture making techniques in Beijing＂ ,as well as for the modern furniture production.
