摘　　要：目的检测结直肠癌患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)含量,探讨其在结直肠癌及其肝转移患者诊断及发展中的价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定22例经病理确诊的结直肠癌和13例结直肠癌合并肝转移患者以及20例健康对照者血清中HGF及uPA的含量,并比较二者含量在手术前后的变化。结果 35例结直肠癌患者与对照组相比较,血清中HGF及uPA含量显著升高,且分期越晚,HGF及uPA值越高,而其中13例合并肝转移的结直肠癌患者最为明显。35例患者手术后HGF及uPA表达较术前明显下降。血清中HGF的表达与uPA的表达相关。结论 HGF及uPA对结直肠癌的诊断、分期的判断具有一定的价值,可以作为结直肠癌肝转移的血清学指标,为预测早期肝转移提供依据。Objective To observe the expression of serum HGF and uPA in patients with colorectal liver metastases, and to explore its diagnostic value. Methods The levels of serum HGF and uPA were detected in 35 patients with colorectal cancer （the study group, including 13 patients with colorectal liver metastases） and 20 healthy individu- als （the control group） by ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum uPA and HGF were significantly increased in the study group, especially in patients with colorectal liver metastases, which was increased as the progression of the clinical stage. The levels of serum uPA and HGF in the study group were significantly de- creased after treatment, compared with before treatment. There was a certain correlation between the expression of se- rum HGF and uPA. Conclusion HGF and uPA are of great significance for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and the determination of the clinical stage, which can serve as the serum indictors for colorectal liver metastases, and provide reference for the prediction of early liver metastasis.
