摘　　要：由于两岸的政治对立没有解决、文化发展模式不同和对文化交流功能的不同认识,随着两岸文化往来的深入发展也积淀下一些问题,出现一些倾向性观点和一些倾向性问题。分析和认识问题所在,是解决这些问题的前提,是在为充分发挥文化交流合作对和平发展巩固和深化的积极作用、进而为推进和平统一进程而创造条件。Owing to the political opposition,the different modes of cultural development and the different views on the function of cultural communication on the two sides,and along with some issues accumulated in the process of deepening the development on both sides,there appear some tendentious viewpoints and issues.To analyze and have a good understanding of the problem is the premise of solving these problems.It is at the same time to create possibilities to make the best use of cultural communication and peaceful development so as to push forward the peaceful unification of the two sides
