多元文化背景下的加拿大学前教育

摘　　要：加拿大是个多文化、多民族的移民国家。加拿大学前教育既重视多元文化教育、幼小衔接,又重视家长参与、儿童为本、师资培训。这些都是值得我国学前教育借鉴和学习的。梳理多元文化社会背景下的加拿大学前教育,了解其学前教育机构以及课程设置、师资培养,可以为我国的学前教育提供有益的启示。Canada is a multicultural, multi-ethnic immigrant country. Preschool education in Canada not only focu- ses on improving muhicultural education, connecting preschool to elementary school, but also enhances parent＇ s participating, and emphasizes child-based and teachers-training. These are all worthy of preschool education in our country for reference and study. By combing preschool education for a multicultural society in Canada, understand- ing its preschool education institutions, curriculum, and teachers-training, we can gain beneficial enlightenment for the preschool education of our country.
