摘 要:我国公共艺术教育存在的教师科研基础相对薄弱,科研凝聚力涣散,难以形成攻关合力等现象已经直接或间接影响了公共艺术教育的教学效果。形成这种现象的原因有学校对公共艺术教育的定位、从事教学的教师观念、师资结构等多个方面。要逐渐改变这种现状,促进高校艺术教育的良性健康发展,应从以下三个方面入手协调高校艺术教育的教学和科研,使之形成合力、均衡发展。第一,树立"科学定位、因地制宜"的发展理念;第二,建立教学与科研协调发展的管理和运行机制;第三,创新教学与科研一体化的双效考核机制。There are several phenomena in terms of public art education teachers' research in our country, such as weak foundation, lax cohesion and the difficulties in cooperation, which have affected the educational effect. There are several reasons such as the position of public education in colleges and universities, the concept of teachers, the structure of teachers and so on. To promote a healthy development of public art education, we should start from the following aspects to improve the relationship between teaching and research. Firstly, we should establish the overall and local development concept. Secondly, we should establish teaching and research management mechanism of co- ordinated development. Finally, we should innovate teaching and research assessment mechanism.
