摘  要:家族式民办高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,它的产生与我国传统文化有关,尤其与改革开初期特定的政治、经济环境有关。家族式民办高校可能采取泛家族化或类公司式治理,而无论采取哪种模式,就学校而言都应该建立长效用人机制,妥善解决家族矛盾,坚持开拓创新,注重选拔培养接班人;就政府而言,应积极营造适宜的产权环境,创造公平公正的法制环境,积极培育和规范要素市场和中介机构。惟其如此,才能保障家族式民办高校可持续发展。Family-owned private higher education institute is an important part of Chinese higher education. Its appearance is related to the Chinese traditional culture, especially to the specific political and economic environment of the early days of the reform and opening. In future, family-owned private higher education institute may take the governance model of more related family members' participation or similar to the company. In either model, the higher education institute should establish long-term employment mechanism, properly resolve family conflicts, persist in innovation, and focus on selection and training of successors. The government should actively create an appropriate property rights environment, create a fair and impartial legal environment, and actively cultivate and regulate factor markets and intermediaries. Only in this way, can familyowned private higher education institute develop sustainably.
