摘 要:灾害造成的损失和威胁已成为当今全球面临的严峻挑战。全球综合减灾是多学科综合的研究 ,它需要数字地球作为研究平台 ,并成为数字地球的主要应用领域之一。文中指出了数字地球中全球综合减灾的主要研究内容及所需关键技术。In this paper, authors point out that nowadays man kinds is facing a serious challenge in living environment. Various kinds of disasters happen one after another, such as flood, drought, desertification, and etc. The authors summarized the new characters of global disasters and pointed out that the research onthe global disasters is a system engineering of multi science integrated and needs the platform of digital earth, and it is also one of important contents ofthe digital earth. Finally, research projects and key technologies in building integrative reduction of global disasters are expounded.
