脑瘫与正常青少年半蹲起动作的运动学对比分析

摘　　要：运用运动生物力学的录像解析法,对1名正常青少年和4名脑瘫青少年的半蹲起动作进行运动学参数的对比分析,结果显示:在半蹲起动作中,脑瘫I级青少年各参数与正常青少年相比较为接近,脑瘫II级青少年各参数与正常青少年相比差异较大.在完成半蹲起动作中,脑瘫I级青少年双腿用力较为均匀,脑瘫II级青少年以健侧腿发力为主,患侧腿辅助发力来完成动作.Using video analysis method of sports biomechanics, the kinematic parameters contrastive analysis of the half squat action by a normal teenager and four teenagers with cerebral palsy was analyzed. The results showed that the parameters of teenagers with cerebral palsy I were similar with that of the normal teenagers, while the parameters of teenagers with cerebral palsy II had a great difference with that of the normal teenagers. Upon completion of the half squat action, teenagers with cerebral palsy I used two legs force, and teenagers with cerebral palsy II mainly used the healthy leg with the other ill leg helping to do this action.
