摘　　要：针对染色过程pH值控制具有严重非线性的特点以及染整生产的需要,提出区间自动调节策略,并采用过程增益补偿的方法实现对常规PID控制方法的改进,以提高控制效果。Due to the needs of dyeing production and the serious nonlinearity of the pH value control in dyeing process,we design a kind of strategy named as range automatically adjust, and adopt a measure of process gain compensation to improve the conventional PID control method, by these ways can improve the control effect.
