摘  要:新疆短星火绒草(Leontopodium brachyactis Gandog.)是一种具有代表性的火绒草属植物,在民间很早就被作为药用植物治疗疾病。为进一步开发利用新疆短星火绒草提供依据,本研究利用不同极性的提取剂提取新疆短星火绒草的有效成分,采用滤纸片法和二倍稀释法研究了6种不同提取物的体外抗菌作用,并对50%乙醇提取物进行了最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)的测定。结果表明:新疆短星火绒草具有很好的抑菌作用。水提物和50%乙醇提取物均具有较强的抑菌效果,50%乙醇提取物最低抑菌浓度MIC为0.062 5 g/mL最低杀菌浓度MBC为0.125 g/mL,具有广谱性抑菌作用。Leontopodium brachyactis Gandog. is resourceful and representative in Leontopodium plants. It is regarded as folk medicinal plants for long time. So the theoretical background and applied basis should be established. In this study, different polarity extractants containing 6 different extracting rea- gents were used to extract the active ingredients from L. brachyactis. To compare the antibacterial effects of different extracts, filter paper method and gradient dilution way were used. The results showed that L. brachyactis had broad antibacterial effects. The extractive extracted from larger polarity extraction agents had strong antibacterial effects, in which the water extracts and 50% ethanol extracts had the stronger antibacterial effects compared with the others. In addition, the 50% ethanol extracts of minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) were as- sayed and they were 0. 062 5 g/mL and 0. 125 g/mL, respectively. And the huge potential medicinalvalue is indicated obviously.
