摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin蛋白表达与胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)的临床病理因素、p53蛋白表达、细胞凋亡之间的关系。方法 GISTs患者71例,采用免疫组织化学检测组织中Survivin蛋白、p53蛋白的表达;用TUNEL方法检测GISTs组织中细胞凋亡的情况。结果 GISTs中Survivin蛋白、p53蛋白阳性表达率分别为56.3%、63.4%,细胞凋亡指数中位数为5.03。Survivin蛋白阳性表达率与肿瘤良恶性分级、肿瘤大小、核分裂象有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤是否出血坏死、局部浸润转移无关(P>0.05)。Survivin蛋白表达与p53呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。Survivin蛋白阳性表达组生存率明显低于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin蛋白与p53共同参与了GISTs的发生发展,Survivin蛋白表达与GISTs预后有关。Survivin蛋白在GISTs中的高表达提示有望成为分子靶向治疗的新靶点。Objective To explore the expression of Survivin protein, and its relationship with clinical pathologic factor,apoptosis,and the expression of 1353 protein of gastrointestinal stromal tuners（GISTs）. Methods lmmunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Survivin protein,p53 protein in 71 cases of GISTs,and TUNEL was performed for the detection of cell apoptosis. Results The positive expression rates of Survivin protein, p53 protein in GISTs cases were 56.3% and 63.4% ,respectively. The median apoptotic index was 5.03. The positive expression of Survivin protein was related to tumor grade, tumor size, mitotic index（P 〈 0.05 ）, and wasn＇t related to sex, age, bleeding or necrosis,local infiltration or metastasis（P 〉0.05）. There was positive correlation between the expression of Survivin protein and p53 protein（P 〈 0.05 ）. The survival rate in patients with positive expression of Survivin protein was significantly lower than those with negative expression of Survivin protein（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Survivin protein and p53 both participate in the development of GISTs, and the expression of Survivin protein in GISTs could become a new Survivin protein is related to the prognosis of GISTs.
