摘　　要：本文简要论述了知识经济时代孕育的新的资本形式知识资本 ,试图由此提出一种新的垄断概念“知识垄断”,并探讨二者与高等教育的紧密关系。Knowledge capital of the knowledge-based economic era was discussed in the paper and intended to raise a new concept of knowledge-based monopoly. Moreover, the close relationship between the higher education and both of them was probed.
