摘 要:通过室内模拟试验,选取钢波纹管涵洞中间断面,在特征点布设应变片、土压力盒及变形测量仪器,对钢波纹管涵洞的力学特性、管周土压力及涵管变形规律进行了研究,分析了应变与应力、管周土压力及涵管变形的变化规律。研究结果表明:钢波纹管内、外部波峰与波谷环向拉、压变化规律一致;在最高填土高度为18.0 m时,内部涵顶测点1位置环向拉、压应变与应力值最大为1146,-930με与308,-243 MPa;涵顶竖向土压力最大值为551 kPa;变形量最大为13 mm;在高填土情况下以涵顶土压力值作为涵洞设计的设计参数。Through laboratory model tests, the middle section of corrugated steel pipe culvert is selected, and the gauges, earth pressure cells and measuring instruments of deformation at feature points are arranged to study the force characteristics, earth pressure around the pipe and deformation law of corrugated steel pipe culvert. The variation laws of strain and stress, earth pressure around the culvert and deformation of the corrugated steel pipe culvert are analyzed. The results show that the deformation laws of circumferential tension or compression at wave crest or wave trough are consistent, no matter the test points are in or outside the corrugated steel pipe culvert. When the largest filling soil is 18.0 m high, the maximum values of circumferential tensile and compressive strains are 1146 ~te and -930 ~te, and the maximum values of circumferential stresses are 308 MPa and -243 MPa; the maximum vertical earth pressure on the culvert crown is 551 kPa; and the maximum deformation is 13 mm. The earth pressure on the culvert crown can be defined as the design parameter for the culvert with high filling.
