摘 要:基于区域环境与经济系统开放复杂性特点,利用最大流原理建立区域环境与经济复杂系统模型分析二者间的关系.以天津市为研究对象,研究了其环境与经济系统在2001—2010年的发展过程,借助Matlab R2010a求ξ(系统稳定性系数),通过ξ的变化规律分析各组元间的相互作用和系统的整体发展状况.结果表明:2001—2010年天津市环境与经济系统中各组元间的相互作用逐年增强,ξ逐年上升并在2010年达到最大值(18.615 4),表明该系统中环境与经济各组元间的相互作用逐渐协调,天津市的环境与经济发展呈相互促进的关系.According to the complexity of the regional economy and environment system, this paper established a complex system model with the maximum flow principle by analyzing the relationship between economy and environment of Tianjin City. Taking Tianjin City as the research object, this study investigated the development trend of the regional economy and environmental system from 2001 to 2010, calculated the stability index (ξ) of the system under the computational environment of Matlab R2010a software, and analyzed the interaction among the components and the development trends of the system according to the change of the stability index. The results showed that: the interaction among the components of the system in Tianjin City had been swelled yearly from 2001 to 2010, and the value of s~ increased yearly reaching the maximum value of 18. 6154 in 2010. These results reflected the interaction among components in environment and economy system gradually, coordinated and the development of the environment and economy in Tianjin City was improved each other.
