摘　　要：图书馆员是图书馆核心竞争力实现的主体,图书馆员的能力水平和个人网络决定着图书馆核心竞争力的强弱。文章重点指出图书馆员核心竞争力的关键是其独特性与竞争力,而以信息和知识为核心的信息能力只是其综合专业素质,是其基础能力,而非核心能力。然后以隐性知识为切入点,阐述了培育图书馆员核心竞争力的策略。Librarian is the main body of library core competitiveness to achieve,and the level of competence and personal network of the librarians determine the strength of the core competitiveness of library.This paper points out that the uniqueness and competitive power are the key of the librarians core competitive ability,and the information ability based on the information and knowledge is only its comprehensive professional quality,and the basis ability,rather than core competencies.And then taking tacit knowledge as the breakthrough point,this paper expounds the cultivating the librarian＇s core competitiveness strategy.
