改良Millard法修复单侧完全性唇裂的临床研究

摘　　要：采用改良Millard法修复33例单侧完全性唇裂患儿。结果显示33例患儿创口Ⅰ期愈合,双侧唇高基本对称,唇弓形态良好,唇红形态丰满,患侧鼻底封闭好,鼻小柱居中,双侧鼻孔大小基本对称。表明改良Millard法是修复单侧完全性唇裂的一种较理想的手术方法。The 33 cases of children with unilateral complete cleft lip were repaired by the improved Millard meth- od. Results showed that the 33 cases of children with wounds were healed in phase I , the height bilateral lips were almost symmetrical, the shape of arehwire was good, the morphology of vermilion was plump, the end of the ipsilat- eral nasal was closed well, the columella nasi was central, the size of both nostrils were basically symmetrical. The research shows that the improved Millard method was an ideal surgical approach to repair unilateral complete cleft lip.
