摘  要:目的掌握射阳县中小学生伤害现况和主要原因,探讨伤害分布特征和规律,为制订相应的防控措施提供科学依据。方法抽取射阳县高中、初中和小学共6所学校1 911名学生,问卷调查学生的伤害发生情况。结果射阳县1 911名中小学生中伤害发生率为17.32%。其中小学生为25.32%,初中生为13.70%,高中生为13.21%;伤害原因排前3位的为跌倒/坠落伤、锐器伤和动物致伤;受伤地点排前3位的是家里、学校和体育/娱乐/餐饮等公共场所;受伤时的活动状态排前3位的是行走、体育活动和娱乐活动。跌倒/坠落伤占伤害的首位(46.39%)。结论学生伤害防控必须由政府牵头,相关部门密切协作、齐抓共管,建立健全防控机制;应进一步有针对性地科学开展学生伤害防控健康教育和健康促进工作,要重点加强跌倒/坠落伤的防范,切实抓好道路安全教育。OBJECTIVE This study aims to master the istatus and main renson , investigate the distribution characteristics and regular for the Sheyang County primary and secondary injury, to provide scientific basis for formulating the corresponding prevention and control measures. METHODS Randomly stratify and extract Sheyang County high school, junior and primary schools, and six schools of 1 911 students, use questionnaire to survey students' injury level. RESULTS Totally survey 1 911 primary and middle school students The incidence of injuries is 17.32%. The cause of injure ranked the top three is the fall/drop injure, sharp injuries, animal injury, injury place ranked the top three is the home, school, sports/entertainment/restaurants and other public places; the injurying active state ranked the top three is walking, sports, recreational activities. The fall/drop injure accounted for the first(46.39%). CONCLUSION Students' injure prevention and control must be led by the government, closely cooperate with relevant departments,catch condominium together, establish and perfect the control mechanism; health education and promotion should be conducted scientifically, keynote should focus on strengthening the fall/drop injure prevention, and ensure the road safety education done well.
