摘　　要：目的:解决异构医疗信息系统间的非标准数据的交互问题,实现医疗信息系统数据集成。方法:提出一种依据面向服务的体系架构的体系结构,建立基于Biztalk服务器的数据集成平台,数据集成平台依据.Net框架设计,采用WCF服务作为平台与异构医疗信息系统之间的接口标准,利用XML语言描述交互数据的结构。结果:该系统已经在广州欧唯斯计算机系统集成服务有限公司开发的HIS上调试通过。结论:该集成平台能够在不对现有医院信息系统作重大修改的基础上,解决异构医疗信息系统数据分布性和不兼容性问题,对解决异构医疗信息系统间的非标准数据的交互问题,实现医疗信息系统数据集成具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To realize the non-standard data interaction and the data integration of heterogeneous medical infor- mation systems. Methods A service-oriented configuration was put forward to establish Biztalk server-based data integration platform, which involved in .Net configuration, WCF service for the interface between the platform and heterogeneous sys- tems as well as XML language for the description of interactive data. Results The system proved its feasibility in the HIS developed by Guangzhou Allways Computer System Integration Service Co., Ltd. Conclusion The data integration platform can solve the problems for data distribution and incompatibility of heterogeneous medical information systems, and thus has a brilliant prospect for non-standard data interaction and integration.
