摘　　要：目的:探讨血清可溶性CD44V水平变化在口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌诊断中的临床意义。方法:采用定量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌患者(44例)和健康成人(30例)血清中CD44V水平。结果:口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌患者血清中CD44V水平明显低于健康成人组(P<0.01)。结论:血清CD44V含量测定对口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)的早期诊断可能具有参考价值。Objective： To discuss clinical meaning about the level change of serum soluble CD44V to the diagnosis of the patients with oral and maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC）. Methods： The levels of soluble CD44V were determined by ELISA in 44 oral and maxillofacial squamous cell patients and 30 healthy adults. Results： The level of serum soluble CD44V of oral and maxillofacial area was much lower than that of healthy adult group. Conclusion： Serum CD44V detection may be useful to the early diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial malignancy.
