摘　　要：目的:观察间隙连接蛋白Cx43(connexin 43,Cx43)在人肺癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与肺癌的发生、发展和预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测146例肺腺癌组织中Cx43的表达,并分析其与癌浸润程度、分化、分期等病理特征及预后之间的相关性。结果:在高/中分化和低/未分化的肺腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为48.7%和30.0%(P<0.05);Cx43在无淋巴结转移和有淋巴结转移的肺腺癌组织中阳性表达率分别为56.3%和34.5%(P<0.05);Cx43在I、II期和III、IV期肺腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为51.6%和34.0%(P<0.05)。结论:Cx43的表达与人肺腺癌的组织分化、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、预后相关,可能参与人肺腺癌发生发展的过程,并可能是肺腺癌预后相关的指标之一。Objective ：To investigate the expression of connexin 43 （Cx43） in human adenocarcinoma of lung and its clinical significance. Methods： One hundred and forty - six human adenocarcinoma of lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry for Cx43 expression. The relationship between Cx43 expression and clinicopathologcal factors was analyzed. Results： The positive rates of Cx43 expression in well/moderately differentiated and poorly - differentiated/indifferentiated lung cancer tissues were 48.7% and 30.0% , respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of Cx43 expression in negative lymph node metastasis and positive lymphnode metastasis lung cancer tissues were 56.3% and 34.5% , respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of Cx43 expression in stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ and Ⅲ/IV lung cancer tissues were 51.6% and 34.0% , respectively （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The expression of Cx43 is closely related with differentiation, invasion, status of lymphnode, clinical stage and prognosis. It may paticipate in the development and progression of lung cancer, and may be used to predict the prognosis of lung cancer patients.
