摘　　要：目的:探讨致康胶囊促进乳腺癌术后皮瓣愈合的作用及相关机制。方法:乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和观察组,治疗组应用致康胶囊于乳腺癌改良根治术后患者并常规换药,观察组仅常规换药,收集有完整临床资料的98例乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的血清标本,检测血清中TGF-β及bFGF的表达情况。结果:治疗组与观察组相比较,引流液量、组织坏死发生率在治疗组中较少,治疗组外周血中bFGF的表达较观察组高,而TGF-β的表达在两组中无明显差异。结论:致康胶囊可促进乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣愈合,其机制可能与血清中bFGF的表达升高相关。Objective：To explore the role and mechanism of Zhikang capsule in promoting flap healing after breast cancer radical surgery. Methods： Breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group, Zhikang capsule as well as conventional change dressings was applied in the treatment group, and the observation group only used regular change dressings. Collecting the complete clinical data of the serum samples of 98 cases of breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy to detect the expression of TGF - β and bFGF in serum. Results： Compared with the observation group, the treatment group had no obvious difference in wound healing time and drainage fluid amount, but the tissue necrosis rate was less, and the bFGF expression in peripheral blood was high. However TGF - expression in two groups had no obvious difference. Conclusion ： Zhikang capsule can promote flap healing after breast cancer radical surgery, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of bFGF expression in peripheral blood.
